As a kid, I played rugby, football and I surfed . . . and I had the chipped teeth to prove it. But my problem was not just cosmetic; I had lots of headaches, neck, and shoulder pain.  I ground my teeth all the time. I thought it was tension and the results of getting older. When I turned 60, I decided to make some major changes in my life. One of those changes was my teeth. I have hated my teeth since I was a child.
